		<description>This is great!  I didn&#039;t realize there were so many different variations of duplexes.  Here in FL, a Two Flat would be considered townhouses or 2 story duplex.  I have actually never even heard of a two flat.  I&#039;m going to start using the term so I look smarter than everyone else! :) Thanks for the info!</description>
